Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

When did you start drawing
I've been drawing since I was 11-12y old, traditionally. I've been drawing for 2 years digitally.

Do you take requests?
No, I don't have time for requests.

Are your commissions open?

How do I commission?
Check out my commission journal and if you're interested just send me a note on DA with a description of what you'd like to commission. If I accept and we agree on a price, I'll send you my paypal adress for payment.

How do I pay?
Paypal only. Payment is to be done upfront.

Do you do point commissions?
Rarely. Check my commission journal for my status on point commissions.

What program/tablet do you use?
I use a wacom bamboo pen & touch and Paint tool sai

Where can I get Sai?
Sai is not a free program (unless you know where to look). It costs about 60$, which is actually really cheap compared to other programs.

How do you draw this/do that?
Don't be afraid to ask me questions about how I draw, I'm happy to tell you how I use Paint tool sai for drawing. Also I've made a few tutorials (and I'm planning on making more), so it's a good idea to check those before you shower me with questions

When do you stream?
When I feel like it and when I have time. If I stream, it's in the evening between 18:00h-23:00h (GMT+1).
